The company currently has a turnover of £2 million per annum. This Newly Formed company was set up in 1999 by Gary Hawkins to meet the need of the growing demand in Industrial Lettings. It rents £2 million pounds of various property it owns in the West Midlands, England to various companies ranging from haulage, storage and residential.
